• Let us know if you have any allergies or senstivities

• Parking across the street in Scotia Square Parkade

• Detangle hair before your appointment unless you are booked in for a wash.

• For chemical services please do not irritate the scalp or wash your hair 48 hours before your appointment.

• Need to cancel or reschedule? We get it things happen please give us 24 Hr notice. You will receive 1 time rescheduled grace with your initial deposit. No shows may result in a rebooking fee.

• Running late? call us we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Wi-Fi, beverages and snacks on us!
